LAUNCH OF YACHTING24 ONLINE INSURANCE IN THE UK

The Pantaenius Group have launched in the UK a new internet online insurance service under the name of Yachting24.
The internet offer is a means of getting the insurance that you need online in a ‘pick and mix’ manner. It is innovative in that the user is able to adapt the policy to suit his/her needs and they can immediately see how the premium alters dependent upon what options are selected. All this is before they have exchanged any personal details.
The product offered is different from the core Pantaenius product where the focus is very much on service delivery and having someone knowledgeable to talk to either when discussing what insurance is required, supporting you during the contract period or when providing assistance in the event of an unfortunate incident. Users will forego much of the personal contact by electing for the internet option in order to keep the price down but the Company is pleased to say that all Yachting24 clients will be able to benefit from the Pantaenius claims handling service that they are very proud of.
