Pantaenius UK Ltd does not have delegated authority from Insurers regarding claims handling under your Travel Policy. You should contact the under-mentioned claims handlers and follow their instructions accordingly.
Medical Emergencies:
In the event of medical treatment of a medical Emergency, IMR must be contacted to confirm that the condition and treatment is covered by your policy. They may also be able to help you with communications with local medical practitioners.

Other Claims:
In the event of any other accident, illness, loss, damage or occurrence which causes or may cause a claim to be made under this insurance, notice shall be given as soon as practicable to Claims International Limited, quoting the Certificate Number and the names of Pantaenius and Agency Underwriting Limited.
